Easy Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
Great for enjoying after a day of pumpkin picking and carving. Snack on these healthy, delicious seeds while you admire your spooky carvings.
Ingredients
Pumpkin seeds, raw
Seasonings (to taste: paprika, garlic powder, curry powder, chili powder, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar or what ever pleases your pallet!)
Olive oil
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
Clean seeds thoroughly and dry with paper towels. Toss with a little bit of oil (not too much or it will be too greasy). Sprinkle desired seasonings and mix. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, stirring occasionally, until roasted golden brown.
